First you “eat” with your eyes. This isn’t only the simple but ambitious approach which top chef Nenad Mlinarevic follows – it was also our goal while creating a brand for the 2 Michelin Stars and 18 Gault Millau-Points rated “Chef of the Year 2016”.

The recipe: take a good pinch of timeless elegance, a little bit of exclusive top quality, season it with a down-to-earth manner and stir it with personal individuality. To aim for an appealing and rewarding result, let it simmer with pure passion. And that’s when the Swiss chef leans back and discusses with enthusiasm old traditions transformed into new ideas.
